What is the ERAI?
ERAI Incs. Is a global information service that provides supply chain risk mitigation solutions, including the world’s largest searchable database of counterfeit components and high-risk suppliers, to its many members worldwide. At the same time, the company, which was founded in 1995, helps to monitor supply chains, which leads to the avoidance of losses on the part of suppliers and customers and massively reduces risk. A special service is offered for suspected counterfeit parts, high-priced components and non-standard products, which also helps to identify dubious suppliers and buyers more quickly.
In addition, the company offers training courses to recognize fake products as precisely and effectively as possible and to internalize quality standards.

Was ist die COGD?
The Component Obsolescence Group Deutschland (COGD) e.V. is an interest group that deals with the management of obsolescence. Obsolescence occurs when modern high-tech components are quickly replaced by incompatible successors, while long-lasting products are needed in industries such as aerospace, military and rail technology. The aim of COGD is to minimize or prevent the consequences of the unavailability of components.
